Jana brings nearly two decades of experience supporting and running legal offices and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Jana was most recently the office manager at a boutique matrimonial and family law firm in White Plains, N.Y. Before that, Jana spent more than 15 years at a law firm that specialized in real estate and default mortgage banking.

To further her competencies, Jana has pursued several management courses throughout her career, including classes on the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination, harassment, leadership and situational awareness. She also has conducted trainings on various topics, including effective communication in the workplace, organization and efficiency, and cybersecurity. Jana is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and a certified Mental Health First Aider.
