Rich also has decades of experience in representation in all phases of real estate transactions from single family home purchases through the acquisition and financing of large-scale commercial development projects.
He also represents banks, credit unions and other lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial lending.
He also represents fire districts and not-for-profit organizations.
Rich lives in Pleasant Valley with his family.
