Emily is a seasoned lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She previously practiced at large national and multinational firms in Manhattan, and has represented clients across a broad swath of industries, with a concentration in financial institutions.
She is a member of the Town of Washington Planning Board and a trustee of the Millbrook Early Childhood Education Center. Emily is a passionate animal advocate and works with several organizations to promote animal welfare and provide hands-on care.

- Successfully represented an investment bank in connection with multiple contractual fee disputes, resolving disputes in and out of court
- Represented Credit Suisse in multi-billion dollar fraud action by bondholders of NCFE
- Obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of an international bank in connection with multiple lawsuits concerning multi-billion dollar credit default swap transactions
- Obtained a $25 million jury verdict on behalf of Bank Hapoalim Switzerland in an action against Banca Intesa concerning fraudulent notes
