David graduated from Marist College with a bachelor’s degree and attended Pace University School of law, graduating in 2004. Upon graduation he accepted a position in a White Plains law firm where he represented various product manufacturers in asbestos litigation and insurance subrogation matters. 

David now focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense and medical malpractice.

David is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts
